BILLY E. LOVETTE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT


Every year, a $1,000 scholarship is given in memory of Billy E. Lovette, the father of ASF founder and president, Carol Jean Young. Billy E. Lovette passed away in July of 2004. He was a man of deep personal values - responsibility and determination characterized his life. The recipient of this special scholarship must portray similiar qualities in his or her life. Each year, this $1,000 scholarship is only awarded to one student from one of the American Students' Fund high schools.
