Tonya W. Muse - ASF Advisory Board


Tonya W. Muse, CAE is the senior vice president of the Envelope Manufacturers Association, the executive director of the EMA Foundation for Paper-Based Communications, and the executive director of the Envelope Makers' & Manufacturers Stationers Association, which is based in the United Kingdom.

Mrs. Muse joined EMA in 1992. She was named senior vice president in January 2005 after serving as vice president since 2000. Previous positions also include director of member services and manager of communications and industry research. She has been with EMA for over 16 years. Before coming to EMA she worked for Giuffrida Associates, an association management firm in Washington, DC.

Mrs. Muse received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland in 1989. She is also a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organizational Management. In 2000 she was named one of Association Trends Young and Aspiring Association Professionals. She served on the board of the American Society of Association Executives Foundation from 2000-2003 and was a member of the board of directors of the Association Foundation Group in 2005. She currently serves on the board of The American Students Fund. Mrs. Muse enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, shopping, and traveling.
