Joan Strickler has been an educator for the past thirty-four years. She began her career in Baltimore City, Notre Dame Preparatory School for girls and currently is an employee of Baltimore County Schools. As an employee of BCPS, she has worked as an IEP chair at Dulaney High School for twenty-three years and is currently the Liaison for the Post Secondary Functional Academic Supports Program which is housed at CCBC's four campuses as well as Towson University. She is a graduate of College of Notre Dame of Maryland and received her master's degree at John Hopkins University.
