John R. Parsio, Sr. is the founder, president and owner of Multi-Plastics, Inc., which has been in business for almost 25 years. Multi-Plastics, Inc. is an international company with six converting facilities in the United States, one in Whitby, Ontario, Canada, and one in Norwich, Cheshire, United Kingdom. Personally, John has over 40 years experience in the plastic film distribution business-servicing the envelope, packaging, and print-on plastics industries.
John is active in his community. He helped to establish and also chaired The Big Walnut Education Foundation, which awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors based on merit and financial need. He sits on the Board of Directors of MultiPlastics Europe, Ltd. He also is an owner of Capstone Hobbies, Inc., a retail store in Westerville, OH, that specializes in remote control model airplanes, cars, and boats.
John is an accomplished pilot and flies for both business and pleasure. Mr. Parsio owns two personal aircraft. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, golf, and flying radio control model airplanes.
